Our KinderCare program offers a warm, engaging experience that complements your child’s half-day or alternating full day kindergarten schedule.
Rooted in curiosity, connection, and hands-on learning, the program provides a comforting rhythm where children feel supported, inspired, and free to discover the world around them.
Children begin their time with us in a thoughtfully designed environment filled with warm and natural light, a variety of materials, and inviting play spaces. Each session starts with calm, open-ended activities—art invitations, building materials, sensory trays, story corners, and imaginative play that gives children room to choose, create, and settle in.
A key focus of our program is social development. Through small-group projects, shared play, collaborative problem-solving, and gentle guidance from caring educators, children learn how to communicate, build friendships, practice empathy, and navigate the social world with confidence and respect. Educators model kindness, encourage teamwork, and support children as they learn to express feelings and work together.

Hands-on exploration is woven throughout each day.
Children engage with a wide range of materials—loose parts, blocks, clay, natural objects, art tools, and sensory experiences that support curiosity, creativity, and early learning. Whether they’re constructing something new, experimenting with textures, or investigating a question sparked by their own interests, children are invited to explore with their hands, minds, and hearts.
While nature is a very important part of our learning environment, it isn’t the entire focus—rather, it enriches our experiences in meaningful, age-appropriate ways. Children may spend time observing a ladybug they found on a walk, noticing the changing seasons, or exploring the outdoor space with curiosity and care. These gentle encounters help build awareness, patience, and a sense of wonder for the small details in the world.
We enjoy time outdoors daily that include simple outings—to nearby parks, neighborhood paths, or special places close to our school. Seasonal activities add excitement and joy, such as spending time in the spray park during early summer, sledding on snowy days in winter, and warming up with hot chocolate or cooling off with a popsicle!
Family-provided lunches are shared together in a relaxed, family-style setting where conversations grow naturally and children practice independence.
As each session comes to a close, children transition into quieter play and reflection, supported by educators who help them feel calm, confident, and ready for the next part of their day.
Our KinderCare program is a nurturing place where wonder is encouraged, friendships flourish, and children learn through meaningful experiences—both indoors and outdoors—in a way that feels joyful, grounded, and truly connected to who they are.
