Staffing
- All of our staff are CPR and First Aid Certified
- The Director of KidsTime Child Care Inc. over sees operations in both locations. We also have a Program Manager at Lakeridge that assists in managing the Before and After School program on a daily basis, as well as teaching the Kindercare portion of our day. At Colette Bourgonje we have a Program Coordinator that coordinates our Before and After School program on a daily basis at this location.
- We have a diverse group of caregivers, with a variety of backgrounds. Some of our staff have their Early Childhood Education Diplomas or Certificates, others are working towards their Education or Nursing degrees. Some of our staff have over 20 years experience. Some members of our team are gaining experience to help further their career with children, while others are moms looking to have a career where they can be with their school age children at the same time!
- We also have Junior Staff that are in gr. 6, 7, and 8. They help to make new additions feel welcome in the busy after school program!
