- All of our staff are CPR and First Aid Certified
- The Director of KidsTime Child Care Inc. over sees operations in both locations. We also have a Program Manager at Lakeridge to take care of our Before and After School programming on a daily basis, as well as teaching the Kindercare portion of our day. At Colette Bourgonje School location we also have a Program Coordinator to run all our fun activities for the Before and After School program.
- We have a diverse group of caregivers with a variety of backgrounds. There are members of our staff that have their Early Childhood Education Diploma or Certificate, others are working towards their Education, Social Work or Nursing degrees. Some of our staff have over 30 years experience. Other members of our team are gaining experience to help further their career with children, we also have parents who chose to have a career where they can be with their school age children at the same time!
- In addition to this we have Junior Staff that are in gr. 6, 7, and 8. They help to make new children feel welcome in the busy after school program!
