Kelsey Ekren - Director
Hello! My name is Kelsey Ekren. I am the Director of KidsTime Child Care and have been providing administration and leadership at KidsTime for 16 years. Previously, I gained experience working at Campus Daycare, as well as Royal West Early Learning Centre before switching over to KidsTime, and then taking on the Director role a year later. I am married, with two children of my own, a daughter named Elle, who will be 11 in February, and a son named Rhone, who will be 8 in June. I have my Early Childhood Education Level 3, several micro credentials, as well as my First Aid & CPR. As a community volunteer, I spent five years on the Lakeridge Playground Committee and we were successful in creating two brand new play structures for Lakeridge School and Crocus Park! I also played a role in fundraising and creating a brand new playground at Colette Bourgonje School! We live in Rosewood, and it is wonderful to live in the community I work in! I absolutely love KidsTime, it is so great to get to know so many amazing children and families in our area. I can’t wait to get to know even more of you as the years go on!
